I was compelled to be attuned to Reiki I one morning, after what felt like an endless battle with depression, I had finally been given my answer. I quite literally got up and said "I have to learn about Reiki" and that was that. A couple of weeks later I was attuned by a good friend. To this day I do not know why Reiki popped into my head, but I believe it was the answer and I am now my more vibrant self.
